FAQ
WHAT DO YOU DO IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY?
We first call you (the client) to discuss the situation and to sort out the best plan of action. If you cannot be reached and medical attention is required, we will take your pet to the vet designated by you or the nearest to our current location.
WHAT DO YOU DO IN CASE OF A LOST DOG?
WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DO YOU HAVE?
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU WALK AT A TIME?
We will only walk 3-6 dogs at a time.
WILL MY DOG HAVE HEAPS OF FUN?
At Pawsuit Happiness, we pride ourselves on providing the very best experience for your furry friend! From our daily outdoor adventures to personalized and loving care, we ensure that each pup gets exactly what they need. Our Instagram page showcases all of the fun activities and experiences our friends get to enjoy on their outings – from hikes in parks and beaches to group playtime and puppy visits.
WILL MY DOG BE TAKEN OUT WITH LIKE-MINDED DOGS AND SIMILAR SIZED DOGS?
We take great pride in ensuring that each pup gets the most out of their time with us and is matched with the right playgroup or walk that suits their personality, age, energy level and needs. We want your pup to have a safe and fun time with us. There isn’t a blanket “one size fits all policy” where certain breeds have to go together. Instead, we have a close look at your dog both in the initial pre-walk meeting and whilst they’re out on the trial walk, then match them up with dogs we think they will really get on with.
ARE THERE ANY TYPES, BREEDS OR SIZES OF DOGS YOU WILL NOT WALK?
Generally speaking, no, the belief that certain breeds of dogs are “bad” and certain breeds are “good” is not true. While it is true that some dogs may have higher energy levels or be more prone to barking than others, this does not make them “bad” or “good”. Instead, it’s important to remember that every dog is an individual and their behavior depends on how they are cared for and trained. This is why I believe in helping owners develop a personal relationship with their dogs, as this relationship can have a positive impact on the dog’s behaviour and will be carried across to our sessions. With that in mind, if you ask us to walk a dog which is listed as a dangerous breed by the relevant state government, then we will politely decline. Our dogs range in size from 3kgs to over 50kgs and their ages range from puppy to senior citizen.
DO YOU WALK BIG DOGS AS WELL AS SMALL ONES?
Pawsuit Happiness Dog Walking offers a range of services for Melbourne pets, from boarding and dog walks to home visits and pet taxi rides. Our furry friends come in all shapes and sizes, from tiny 3kg puppies to large 50kg seniors. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of care for each and every one of our furry friends. With that said, we do deserve the right to refuse a dog if they don’t pass the trial walk. This doesn’t happen very often but it does happen. The safety and security of all the dogs in our care is paramount.
